Tomas Zach LLM, who became inheritance administrator of the Timmer Family Office in 2011, moved the inheritance from Kutná Hora, Czechia to Schaan, Liechtenstein (as of 24.3.2017) due to disasterous experience with regards to asset protection (theoretically guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms - Article 11 part of the Czech Constitution) more in Czechia.

Trustee Exchange

Due to clash of interest of Dr.iur. Alexander Ospelt of Legacon Treuhand Anstalt, a protector was stated in, who dismissed Dr. Ospelt and named MMag. Hermann Ludescher as trustee. Change occured 07.07.2020.

Trust Erasure

Due to an unlawful erasure of the TRUST from the Liechtenstein Commercial Register on 19.07.2021, Dr.iur. Gerold Hoop became trustee and registered the now hybrid DAO succession TIMMER TRUST on 19.10.2021.

DAO Succession

Dr.iur. Gerold Hoop - founder of Raiffeisenbank (FL) laid foundation to a hybrid Vermont-Liechtenstein DAO succession. The trigger occurred Jan 2023 with his unexpected passing, the procedure is still ongoing.
