It all began when my diplomatic career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was abruptly disrupted by unfounded and unwarranted allegations regarding my management of the restitution process for the Karásek-founded Vitamina family legacy. Subsequently, courts ruled that: "His business intention was logical and reasonable, and there can be no accusations of imprudent behavior" (Municipal Court of Appeal, Case No. 20 Co 286/2022). But irreparable damage was done and no-one ever apologized for this:

Attack, Attack, Attack

Instead of apologizing for the Miscarriage of Justice with regards to the "VITAMINA" case, Deep State initiated a decade of constant harassment, excessive check ups, even police investigations and when NOTHING incriminating was found, there came a direct abuse of power by a District Attorney Mr. Jášek who spread downright LIEs. This is the first "Apology" for from said DA's direct supervisor.

Credibility Loss at Courts

However if the first information any judge hears is: "Mr. Zach has already been definitively sentenced (!LIE!) to an unconditional term of imprisonment (!LIE!) for a fraudulent criminal offense (!LIE!).", that judge most of the time stops listening to any reasoning and even gives up on the Roman law absolute "Iura Novit Curia". The second "Apology" wasn't much better, see for yourself.

Defame, Hide, Never apologize

Even the Ministry of Justice refused to apologize amicably, see their "Reasoning" for yourselves. In countries with a developed Rule of Law this by itself would have already lead to mistrials. But not in the Czech Republic, where I had to file a law suit against the STATE to get a normal apology (see in Remedies above) where the truth was finally written: "Mr. Zach has NOT been sentenced to ANY imprisonment for ANY criminal offense".
